They will also provide practitioner input to support teaching, assessment and project supervision on the School's flagship MSc Applied Clinical Psychology programme and the School's recently established BSc (Hons) Clinical Psychology programme.

The School of Psychology offers staff a supportive and collegiate environment, with carefully managed teaching and administration loads. The School of Psychology is one of four schools in the Faculty of Science & Technology and is located in the purpose-built Darwin Building. Our key neuroscience facilities include EEG/ERP, TMS, tDCS, fNIRS and fTCD. The School has a thriving community of PhD and MSc students and has strong links with international universities, NHS hospital trusts, schools and community groups.

Essential criteria for the post in terms of qualifications, experience and skills include having a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent), current professional registration with the HCPC, a subject specialism in a core area of Clinical Psychology and some undergraduate or postgraduate teaching experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as good planning, organisation and collaboration skills are core requirements for this position. The successful applicant will have the ability to teach and supervise dissertations up to MSc level and strong initiative and team-working skills.
