Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (Ref.: 498682), to commence as soon as possible for three years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering, bioelectronic medicine, biochemistry, biomaterials science, biomechanical engineering, medicine or a related discipline.  Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.  Knowledge of and experience in biostatistics, biomaterials, biomechanics, 3D printing, computer programming, big data management, molecular and cellular biology, and cadaver and animal handling would be advantages.  The appointee is expected to conduct clinical and translational research related to 3D printing, health­care big data, osteoporotic fractures, biomechanics, and the development of new surgical tools/procedures employing different research methodologies.  He/She will also supervise and mentor junior staff, and publish scientific articles.
