A subsidiary of the Coventry University Group, Futurelets is growing its student accommodation and commercial lettings provision across the City and is now looking for a Serviced Apartment Manager for the management and delivery of our Serviced Apartment portfolio.

This post is responsible for overseeing our serviced apartment arm of the business including, optimising business targets, maximising occupancy levels and revenue opportunities,alongside other key performance indicators.

You will ensure the standards of cleanliness are maintained and all maintenance testing is completed in accordance with legislation; ensuring apartments are consistently presented in pristine condition.

Being the main point of contact for Serviced Apartments you will provide a day to day service and responsibility for each customer interaction, ensuring that customer requirements are completely met and resolved, whilst providing a consistent, professional and customer focussed approach.

Ideally we are seeking someone from the hospitality industry where they have had to demonstrate a high level of achievement in a similar role. You will have significant relevant experience working in a busy and demanding environment, with a proven ability to meet sales and performance targets. You will have detailed knowledge of industry regulations and legislation and ensure all of our premise meet those standards.You will ensure consistent delivery of exceptional and unique customer experiences in line with the FutureLets brand and standards, take responsibility for ensuring customer requirements are delivered and any problems quickly rectified, whilst providing a consistent, professional and excellent level of service.

You should be a confident and excellent communicator and competent in the use of all Microsoft Office packages, and hotel booking software.

Due to business requirements you will need to be able to work 37.5 hour on a 5 over 7 shift pattern, and the ability to work flexibly to meet business requirements. Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use.
