Grade 4: £23,754 - £28,332 per annum pro rata

UWS has more than 1000 postgraduate research students. UWS Doctoral College is a focal point for creating and maintaining a collegiate, interdisciplinary research environment with the main aim to generate societally impactful research and produce highly employable doctoral graduates of the future.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on a varied and demanding role supporting postgraduate students. The position provides administrative support across all Doctoral College operations including training, progression and award. You will have knowledge of research students enabling you to develop and deliver a high quality support service which enhances the postgraduate experience.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer-service and focused administrative support; experience within a research environment in a higher education institution is an advantage. Student support experience and excellent communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to providing high standards of customer service. You should be self-motivated and keen to develop new skills.
