Senior Stakeholder Engagement Officer
We are excited to offer a new role within the Directorate of Research Management and Innovation at King’s. The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Officer will play a crucial role in an ongoing change programme with the potential to significantly drive research across the institution.
Research Administration at King’s College London is in a period of significant transformation – engaging our academic and research support staff will be one of its key enablers of success.
Central to this transformation programme, is the implementation of the Worktribe research administration system. The successful roll out of the system and subsequent changes to ways of working will require the university to effectively engage the project’s key stakeholders as well as the wider research community.
In addition, Research Management and Innovation are developing a number of service improvement initiatives, redefining existing support and offering new provision in a number of areas. This role will work across the department to ensure that internal and external stakeholders are engaged in this change.
The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Officer (Research & Researchers Transformation) will be responsible for delivering a schedule of change and engagement communications to support this transformation programme which is aligned to the university’s Research Strategy and overall for Vision 2029.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent.
The selection process will include a panel interview and presentation.
