2x Fixed Term 12 Month Contract

Two Clerical Assistant posts (12 month fixed term contracts) have arisen within the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences Registry team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of administrative processes that support a student's journey within a high performing Higher Education Institute.

The successful candidates will be part of small team that is responsible for managing the collection and return of students' work that is run from our Registry Enquiries/Assignment Handling Office in our main faculty reception. You will be expected to answer general queries from students and staff either face-to-face, over the phone or by email. Therefore excellent people and communication skills, with a focus on providing first-class customer service to students and staff alike are required for this role.

You will also be required to work flexibly with the main registry team by assisting with clerical tasks which will range from booking meetings and filing and archiving to assisting with the accurate input of data in to our IT systems. You will be educated to GCSE Level or equivalent with a suitable level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
