The Marketing and Communications Directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audience, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants.

We are looking for an experienced CRM specialist to help provide an outstanding service to institutional CRM users including our central recruitment teams, our network of international offices, and our academic schools community and student success teams. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our institutional users, providing both hands on support with setting up and executing comms plans, and providing advice and guidance.

You will have substantial experience working in a fast-paced environment where nurturing customer relationships is fundamental to the organisations success. You will have a proven track record of setting up and monitoring customer comms plans including data segmentation, setting filters, populating templates, monitoring success and advising on optimisation opportunities. You will enjoy problem solving, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.   

The post is a full time and permanent position. Starting salaries will be in the range of £34,220 - £40,194 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, access to a pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationalities Act 2006.  Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
