ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IIRegistrar’s Office, to join the Curriculum and Faculty Support (CFS) team in the Registrar’s Office, supporting the administration of the MIT Subject Evaluation System and the MacVicar Faculty Fellows Program. Will provide administrative and logistical support for the Undergraduate Officers group; perform a complex set of duties that includes coordinating meetings and events, taking notes at meetings, responding to inquiries, and reconciling financial and account reports; provide training and help desk support for users of the subject evaluation systems; and handle related duties and special projects as needed. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: at least three years’ office experience; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy; willingness to perform tasks large and small; ability to anticipate needs, set priorities, and work and follow through on concurrent projects despite interruptions; flexibility; and ability to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people and to collaborate and work as part of a team.  General financial experience, an interest in undergraduate education, and MIT experience are highly desirable.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Job #17990-5
