The Campus Division is responsible to the University for the efficient, effective and compliant provision of all building and engineering services across all University buildings whether owned or leased. We provide this service across three main areas, the Main Campus, Stoke Bishop and Langford. 

The Facilities Management Hard Services Team, comprising all planned, reactive, compliance, statutory and capital maintenance within the Campus Division, is looking to recruit an administrative coordinator to provide a confidential, coordinating and organisational service to both management and operational staff with the provision to support affiliated areas at times of peak demand.

The suitable candidate will have considerable experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering continuous good service. They will be IT literate (familiar primarily with MS Office packages) proactive, well organised and able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines using their own initiative and excellent communication skills to problem solve with minimum supervision as and when necessary.

The postholder will ensure the range of administrative tasks are carried out professionally, effectively and efficiently to provide excellent levels of customer service. Time keeping and consistency are essential.
