Student Experience Manager
This is an exciting time to join The Dickson Poon School of Law, recognised as one of the best law schools in the world. In 2019 we achieved 90% overall satisfaction in the NSS results, the highest of any London-based Russell Group institution, and 94% overall satisfaction in PTES. We are looking for an innovative leader who can help us build on these successes and continue to improve and evolve our world-class student experience.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and experienced leader with a track record of improving student experience. The ability to shape and articulate a vision for development of services and see this through to practical implementation is key to success in this role, along with building collaborative relationships across all levels of the Faculty and King’s College.
We are an ambitious yet supportive Faculty. Working as part of our small professional services team this role would suit an individual who is committed to enhancing the experience of all students and who enjoys working with students to find solutions and make positive change.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract. This is a full-time post.
