The Role

  • Fixed Term (up to December 2021)
  • Full Time (flexible arrangements considered for the right applicant)
  • Level 7 - $85,632 to $93,613 pa (full-time, pro-rata for part-time) plus 17% superannuation
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Wagga Wagga

You will provide coaching and support to project sponsors, project managers, and people leaders to build capability and the adoption and usage of robust change practices within change initiatives. You will facilitate coordination and application of the Change Framework and foster the networks to support successful change leadership.

Specific areas of focus will be allocated related to supporting strategic change initiatives or developing change capability in line with the overall Internal Capability strategy.

This is a great professional development opportunity, training and support is provided including Prosci certification.

We are also seeking to fill an immediate fixed term vacancy and also create a talent pool of eligible candidates for future projects and initiatives.

To be successful you will have:

  • A relevant degree with a range of experience either:
    1. in a change related role(s) in a medium to large-sized organisation; or
    2. as an HR professional with relevant experience in change management, organisational development or business partnering activities in a medium to large-sized organisation;
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools and a willingness to further develop and enhance your change skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to support and advise on the adoption of effective change management practices or other essential human resources activities;
  • Experience in delivering workshops and facilitating learning sessions with diverse audiences; and
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, demonstrate empathy and the ability to manage conflict towards the achievement of a common goal.
