About the role:
Our Faculty of Business and Law is formed of two Schools, we are looking to recruit a Head of the School of Management. We are committed to ensuring our teaching and research makes a real impact; shaping and influencing policy and developing the next generation of responsible leaders and organisations capable of transforming business and society.
As Head of School, you’ll ensure the future sustainability and enhancement of the quality and standards required to deliver world-class education. Looking at key areas of international excellence and regional need, we want to deliver research and innovation of outstanding quality and impact. You’ll deliver a culture and working environment in which collaborative and multi disciplinary research and innovation thrive, careers flourish, and research leadership is strengthened.
With a PhD or Professional Doctorate, you’ll be an experienced people manager with the ability to collaborate with others and to manage resources effectively. Resilient by nature, you’ll adopt change, drive innovation to transform subject areas and will be able to show a track record of systematic evidence-based improvement.
