We are seeking an enthusiastic, high calibre individual to join the professional services team in the School of Cardiovascular Medicine and Sciences. The successful candidate will be based in the research group led by Prof. Kinya Otsu. This group is based at the Denmark Hill campus and has a portfolio of basic studies in heart failure, with a focus on cell death and inflammation and the relationship between genes and disease.
The main purpose of this role will be:
- To undertake research data collection and production of presentation material.
- To provide high quality operational support for Professor Kinya Otsu and his research group.
The School brings together a highly successful, multidisciplinary workforce of scientists and clinicians, and encompasses the British Heart Foundation (BHF) Centre of Research Excellence. Alongside a significant portfolio of cardiovascular research, the School makes a major contribution to undergraduate and postgraduate education, including an active PhD programme. Its continued success relies heavily on the excellence of the professional support staff and their engagement with academic and research colleagues.
This post will be offered on fixed term contract until 2 January 2022.
This is a part-time post – 0.5% full time equivalent.
