OFFICE OF THE CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER 

  • Fixed-term, full-time appointments (until 30 October 2020)

The University is implementing Oracle software as a service for HR and Finance, across all business entities and geographies, which includes UOW, UOW Global Enterprises (UOWGE) and UOW Pulse. The project is being implemented using a phased approach with core modules delivered in early 2020. The University seeks to provide a range of flexible employment practices and working conditions to meet the operational needs of the University and attract and retain high quality staff whilst responding to challenges impacting the tertiary sector nationally and globally.

The System Learning Designer and Facilitator will develop and deliver learning material for end users of the Oracle HCM (HR) and ERP (Finance) project. This role is focused on helping employees understand how best to use the new Oracle HCM and Finance system to achieve business outcomes.

The role will be required to work collaboratively with the implementation partner, subject matter experts and key project resources to understand the new system and then translate that into learning materials, before rolling out to end users via various learning methods (e.g. face to face, video conference, video tutorial, elearning and learning guides).
