Reporting to the Director, Entrepreneurship, you will lead the Strategic Engagement team to define and communicate UNSW Founders’ value proposition, build reputation and enhance stakeholder engagement. Effective use of resources to achieve these goals, with an emphasis on data collection to identify and achieve continuous improvement, is a key requirement.

With the launch of Strategy 2025 UNSW committed to embedding entrepreneurship and innovation into our research and education culture. In 2017, the newly formed Entrepreneurship unit launched The Founders Program, a suite of initiatives capable of supporting startups and embedding entrepreneurship skills at scale to a global marketplace.
The Entrepreneurship Team drives the entrepreneurship brand of the University by building entrepreneurial confidence through foundational entrepreneurship experiences, exposing startups to the most advanced business models incorporating sustainability, supporting diversity and nurturing our deep ties globally, enhancing innovation capabilities and connecting startups to the international innovation ecosystem.
