The School’s Leadership and Executive Education (LEE) group is a new, dynamic and fast-paced portfolio delivering bespoke, future-focused and transformational executive education programs to industry and government.
LEE is looking to add an Associate Professor (Practice) & Deputy Director to the team. In this leadership position, you will play a key part in shaping the future of LEE. This investment will give the Monash Business School the scope and flexibility to build on its core capabilities domestically and to pursue strategic opportunities in our globally focused, executive education offerings.
As Deputy Director, your focus will be on driving the B2B strategy to engage local, regional, national, and ultimately international organisations. Using your strong network and established strategic alliances, you will be instrumental in new market development, shaping and helping introduce, design and in some cases, deliver into strategic client programs.
To thrive in this role, you will have the qualifications and proven contribution to Executive Education within industry. Your ability to forge successful collaborations with industry bodies, including with C-Suite stakeholders and the community, will be vital for your success in implementing strategic objectives and drive large and complex environment. Your domestic and international linkages will be integral to building inroads into industry.
The successful applicant will demonstrate outstanding business acumen and an ability to write compelling proposals, and price and scope work. Your success in pitching, promoting and delivering customised programs to international markets will be essential to this position.

This role is a full-time position requiring occasional work out-of-hours. Travel will also be required.
