We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive executive assistance to the Director of Estates, Facilities and Capital Development. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s Office, including diary and email management. The post holder will be expected to manage and support projects, support meetings (including minute taking) and expertly file, retrieve and keep track of information coming in and out of the Director’s Office. The role will require a high level of administrative experience as well as the ability to network; building and maintaining relationships at all levels. The ideal candidate will have exemplary organisation, communication and IT skills and be capable of providing professional, proactive support in a fast-paced working environment.

The post is full time and permanent. Starting salary will be at the start of the Grade 4 band £34,220 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
