About the position    

The position requires training and expertise in Culture industry management. The major research interest including but not limited to: Culture industry management, Art management, and cultural & creative industries relating with Film & television, Psychology, Visual communication, Economics and management  

Qualification requirements    

Candidates for Assistant Professor should have a Ph.D. degree in journalism, communication, management, new media studies, economics, computer science or related fields from globally renowned universities. Candidates for Associate Professor should not only have a Ph.D. but also have demonstrated a significant influence on the profession by their research and a commitment to teaching excellence at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Candidates for Full Professor should not only have a Ph.D. in hand but also be nationally/internationally recognized for their scholarly achievements while demonstrating a commitment to teaching excellence at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. 

About the College    

The College of Film-Television and Communication has the following undergraduate majors: Acting, Broadcasting and Hosting Art, Literature of Drama, film and Television, Broadcasting and Television Playwright-director, Animation, Advertising, Photography, Radio and Television Studies, Editing and Publishing, Culture Industry Management; and also has the following graduate majors: Studies for Drama, Film and Television, Art, News Journalism and Communication, Advertising. There’re 127 staff in the college, including 13 professors, 43 Associate professors. The college is a dynamic and promising teaching and research unit with a strong research force, outstanding academic reputation and social influence.
