Clinical Teacher, Midwifery
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at King’s College London delivering Midwifery education on our innovative under and post graduate programmes and modules as a clinical teacher.
Educated to degree level with current registration as a midwife on the appropriate part of the NMC professional register you will participate in the development, organisation and teaching of high-quality pre-registration practice learning within practice placements and simulated clinical skills environments within the university.
Prior teaching experience will not be essential as opportunities for further development in this area will be available once in post. However, excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm to teach, and desire to educate students to make a difference in clinical practice by improving the care of women and their babies is absolutely essential.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
This is a 0.6 FTE post
The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation.
