Hourly rate of £37.33, plus 15% holiday allowance (£43.91 per hour)

York Business School is growing and are looking to build up a bank of part time casual and fixed term academic staff to support delivery of our exciting portfolio of programmes.

Applicants should hold a Masters Degree or equivalent in a Business related subject. Applications are welcomed from candidates with strong links to industry. Successful applicants may be supported to undertake the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice as the first stage of achieving fellowship of HEA.

Application process

Following the closing date a shortlisting exercise will take place. Upon completion of this exercise all candidates will be notified as to whether they meet the required criteria. Candidates who meet the shortlisting criteria will then be held in a talent pool for a period of 12 months. Interviews will take place on a rolling basis throughout this period, in accordance with the area of expertise required by the school.
