This rare Adelaide based leadership role reports directly to the Executive Director: People Talent & Culture and is a member of the PTC leadership team, working closely with senior leadership across the University. 

About the Role 

The role leads a strategically focussed Talent and Organisational Development team to deliver talent and OD initiatives that underpin our commitment to innovation and excellence through a high performing and culturally competent University based on core attributes and strong, diverse leadership. 

You will lead the delivery of an Organisational Development value proposition and framework aligned to achieving strategic objectives through initiatives that: 

  • deliver a talent focussed learning and development offering
  • anticipate and respond to the emerging needs of the University 
  • build capability to enable our people to navigate and thrive through change
  • cultivate a One Team Culture of connected and collaborative teams
  • develop Cultural Competency and Wellbeing 

Skills and Experience 

We’re looking for a highly engaging and influential OD leader with demonstrated achievement in developing and delivering impactful organisational development programs within a large, complex enterprise. 

You will be adept at establishing credibility with and influencing senior leaders and will be knowledgeable and up-to-date on contemporary leadership, organisational development and change leadership practice. You will be a highly effective connector and collaborator with the ability to adapt and remain agile and focussed in a fast paced environment. 

A Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline is highly desirable and it is expected you will be formally accredited in appropriate coaching or culture and/or leadership diagnostics and psychometrics.

This position will be appointed at a HEO9 classification level (base salary $115,912 - $119,914) plus a generous superannuation offering of up to 17%.
