About the position

The role will be based in the La Trobe Learning and Teaching Unit and will provide project support and be a coordination point for key projects and related meetings. The role will work with the Senior Coordinator, Administrative Services and broader administration team to ensure LTLT’s objectives are met, and that University policies and procedures are followed.

The position provides support of administrative processes, the preparation of documents and logistics for meetings, and requires the ability to develop, implement, monitor and refine the computer based and manual filing systems.

Skills and Experience

To be successful you will have relevant work experience in a similar role within an office environment. You will possess high level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop networks and work with a broad variety of stakeholders. Well developed organisational skills will be required in the busy and varied work environment. To succeed in this role you will also have demonstrated experience in drafting routine correspondence and preparing minutes, reports and briefing papers.
