The University is seeking an experienced two leisure professionals as a Swimming Pool Supervisors to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the University of Bristol’s Swimming Pool. As part of the role the Swimming Pool Supervisor will lead a shift team of Lifeguards to ensure the efficient, effective and safe utilisation of the Swimming Pool and deliver an excellent customer experience for students, staff and external customers.
These roles will take responsibility for the planning of poolside supervision, cleaning schedule of wetside areas and the cover of reception as part of a daily rota. As a hands-on member of the team they will also be required to be operational on this rota.
Indicative term time rota is below however this will change based on booking requirements.
