Overview:

We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to provide first line IT support. The successful candidate will be a team player with a can do attitude who is able to show initiative in our busy environment. You will need to display calmness and ability to work under pressure and share our commitment for providing excellent customer service.

Essential requirements for this post include a high level of customer service skills, ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines. You will have demonstrable experience working with a wide range of hardware and software including Win/Mac operating systems, some exposure to Linux is desirable.

The Successful candidate will be required to:

  • Deliver best in class Customer Service with Customer Satisfaction as the driver
  • Respond to and resolve customer IT requests and incidents
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues, escalating when necessary
  • Deliver to defined Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Use initiative to plan immediate work priorities and react to changing priorities

This post is fixed-term for 18 months, full-time and available immediately. Starting salary will be £21,696 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
