The Faculty of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Education Leadership Team.
The post holder will be working as part of a small team, providing high quality and comprehensive personal and administrative assistance to the faculty’s education leadership team in fulfilling their leadership duties and functions.
The varied workload will include electronic diary and email management: meeting and event administration, drafting correspondence and briefing reports, producing spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations and providing administrative support to a range of committees.
The post holder will have a proactive approach and possess organisational, prioritisation and communication skills with the ability to use their own initiative to prioritise and manage complex tasks and diary arrangements. The post holder will be confident in working independently and with ambiguity, as well as being a strong team player.
The selection process will include a panel interview.
