About the opportunity
The Project Manager (Curriculum Initiatives) provides overall project management of the Business School Curriculum Program of work. The position is responsible for implementing a consistent faculty-wide approach to curriculum transformation and will support the faculty leadership to ensure quality assurance and governance processes are followed, in conjunction with existing protocols. The Project Manager (Curriculum Initiatives) will manage and oversee project organisation including workforce plans, financial management, budget reporting, project processes and resources required to support implementation.
The Project Manager (Curriculum Initiatives) leads the project team and provides high level support to the Manager, Curriculum Planning and Development, Associate Dean (Programs), Academic leads and Program Directors to ensure curriculum initiatives are well planned and communicated and project milestones are met and reported effectively.

- experience project managing multiple work streams, or leading large complex projects with the ability to work according to strict deadlines and balance various demands;
- extensive interpersonal, communication, facilitation and consultation skills, with the ability to manage project relationships and liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders;
- project planning, analysis and execution skills with the ability to adapt and develop innovative solutions to manage complex issues.
