The Role and Responsibilities

The School of Architecture and Urban Design is currently looking for a Research Editing and Reporting Officer to join their team on a part time basis.

The Research Editing and Reporting Officer is responsible for the administrative management of activities associated with ERA and other collections, and reporting in the School of Architecture and Urban Design. This role works closely with the Associate Dean, Research & Innovation and collaboratively with researchers across the School.

  • Tracking of creative works and non-traditional research outputs (NTROs) created by school researchers;
  • Working with school researchers to determine the ERA eligibility of creative works and NTROs;
  • Editing of statements of support for creative works and NTROs;
  • Assisting with the reporting of these works via RMIT Universitys research reporting systems, and;
  • Maintaining clear records of works submitted

Experience in working in Creative Works and NTRO reporting is essential.

Preferably, the successful candidate will be enrolled in or have completed a PhD in a creative practice design discipline.

Appointment may be subject to passing a Working with Children Check.
