About the School
The Rural Clinical School of WA (RCSWA) helps rural communities sustain a locally trained and loyal medical workforce by placing medical students in country regions. Under the program, students gain valuable hands-on experience, enjoy close mentoring and are more likely to return to rural towns after they graduate.
The Rural Clinical School is establishing its 15th rural site in the Warren Blackwood region, with an office in Bridgetown.
About the team
The Academic Services team is responsible for providing academic administration and support services to a wide range of clients including Heads of School, academic staff and students across the Faculty. The team is committed to providing a quality outcome with a focus on continuous improvement.
About the opportunity
As an Academic Services Officer, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the area and take a responsible role in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the office systems and policies and procedures to ensure its efficient operation. You will also provide site level support to students and the Medical Coordinator.
