Applications are invited for the full-time post of Student Administration Senior Manager (Assessments and Graduation) in Student Administration Operations within the Academic Services Directorate. This role is available from 1st August 2019.

Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Graduation. The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.

Student Administration Senior Manager (Assessments and Graduation) is responsible for the Assessments and Graduation team in Student Administration Operations, managing the College results, progression, extension and extenuating circumstances processes and overseeing the delivery of the centralised examinations and graduation ceremonies.

Candidates for this post should have excellent communication and IT skills, strong attention to detail, an adaptable approach and an ability to manage other members of staff. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
