Reports To: Faculty Business Manager, Day-to-day liaison with Programme Directors
Responsible for: No direct reports
Salary: £23,334 pro rata
FTE: Part-time (0.8 FTE, 4 days)
Term: Fixed term for 6 months

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a passion to work in Higher Education with proven administrative and organisation skills; a person who pays attention to detail, and has good time management, prioritising skills and the ability to communicate effectively and cheerfully with both students and staff. The successful candidate will work closely with Programme Directors and Heads of Department and be the first point of contact for student and staff queries regarding programmes.

As well as being able to manage and work closely with other Administrators and staff, the role requires decision making and a proactive mindset. The successful applicant will also be responsible for tasks the Faculty Business Manager and Programme Directors may wish to delegate at the time.
