DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE, edX, to help drive the success of edX’s Enterprise and Master’s Degrees businesses. Will work with the manager of lead generation and director of digital marketing to create marketing campaigns that drive leads and ultimately revenue for edX. Responsibilities include working with a cross-functional team (marketing, sales, product) to understand edX’s market and buyer personas and refining messaging and campaign offers; developing, executing, and optimizing targeted email and nurture campaigns in HubSpot; running A/B testing on subject lines, images, copy, and design; executing lead acquisition strategy through multi-channel targeted lead generation campaigns; collaborating with lead generation manager to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation; and monitoring, tracking, and communicating campaign performance throughout the funnel, from website visit to MQL to SQL to sale.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: three years’ experience in a digital marketing or demand generation role for a fast-paced B2B technology company (preferably SaaS); paid digital campaign management experience; ability to report on performance metrics while digging in and identifying opportunities for improvement; proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot a plus); comfortable using sales CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot; experience with list management, database segmentation, and email delivery and anti-SPAM implications; meticulous attentive to detail; excellent organizational, digital marketing, and project management skills; deadline orientation and a focus on maintaining project timelines; interest in lead generation, marketing automation, and working with sales; effective communication and presentation skills; self-motivation; and ability to work independently and proactively to resolve issues and take ownership of projects and processes. At least two years of paid search experience and LinkedIn ads experience a plus.
