Communications and Engagement Officer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with world class scientists and clinicians at the forefront of mental health research and innovation.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of a communications and engagement strategy to promote the work of the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre. You will find ways to communicate the impact and value of our ambitious portfolio of translational research and experimental medicine in mental health and neuroscience. This will include engaging key stakeholders including staff, policy makers, patients and the public, and the wider UK life sciences community including industry.
You will be passionate about science and excel at translating scientific research into engaging communications for a variety of audiences. We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of all communications disciplines, including media relations, social media, digital, marketing and events. You will be adept at applying expertise in these areas to create and implement integrated communications plans tailored to achieve a range of communications objectives.
