The Proposals and Tenders Manager is accountable for providing high quality leadership, management and delivery for proposal and tender opportunities, including the successful transition from opportunities to implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of resources, provision of leadership, supervision, development and appraisal of professional staff; and provision of advice and interpretation of University policies and procedures as well as relevant legal matters for overseeing the day to day operation.

The Proposal and Tenders Manager provides strategic and operational advice to the Director, Operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the proposal and tender process to help the School meet its growth objectives. They will coordinate and drive the proposal and tender response process, including supporting the Business Development and Academic Program Directors in program development, creation of budget, and project timeline.
