Overview

An exciting opportunity exists within Research Services for a talented professional with previous experience in all aspects of business systems support and reporting to join our team. In this newly established role, you will work within a small team that oversees business support for a number of software applications and will play a key role in advancing their use, usability and adoption.

Working with key business and technology stakeholders, you will champion the use of appropriate technology to support and enhance business process. Beyond this, you will employ your advanced analytical skills to undertake all tasks associated with the definition and delivery of operational, management and enterprise level reporting and any associated analyses.

To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated team player who enjoys a diverse workload. Strong communication skills are a must, as is attention to detail and the proven capacity to resolve complex process and system related problems.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has demonstrated technical expertise and experience providing systems business support.
  • Enjoys working with data and has great analytical and reporting skills.
  • Can communicate effectively with a level of experience in stakeholder management.
  • Has advanced problem solving and quality customer service capabilities.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.

Benefits & Remuneration

This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $87,200 to $97,898 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
