The Department of Computer Science at the University of Bristol is seeking to appoint a full-time faculty member in Interactive Artificial Intelligence at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level.

The successful candidate will be expected to both deliver outstanding teaching and undertake internationally leading research in the broad area of Interactive Artificial Intelligence. They will have the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping and leading a new Centre for Doctoral Training in Interactive Artificial Intelligence, which aims to train the next generation of innovators in human-in-the-loop AI systems and which will be an important funding mechanism for PhD students in the area. The Department is particularly interested to hear from candidates with a track record in Natural Language Processing and/or Dialogue Systems.
