Salary package: $99,612 - $106,517 per annum plus 17% superannuation Terms: Full Time, Fixed Term (16 months)
The School Manager provides high-level advice and executive support to the School's Executive Team, assisting with the development and implementation of strategic plan, contributing to maximising the School's performance in research, teaching and outreach. The School is seeking an individual who has proven ability in strategic planning and management skills as well as high level of interpersonal skills.
The ANU School of Archaeology and Anthropology seeks an energetic and versatile School Manager for its busy administrative office. Our School offers an innovative range of programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with particular strengths in archaeological science, biological anthropology, forensic anthropology, Australian Indigenous studies, medical anthropology, visual anthropology, applied and participatory development, and heritage studies.
Our active researchers work on projects across remote and metropolitan Australia, Africa, Asia, the Pacific, Europe, South America and India and consistently achieve high results in national and international University rankings.
The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) is one of seven Colleges at ANU. The College, which is structured into two main research schools, offers degrees in more than 20 discipline areas and excels in research across the creative arts, humanities and social sciences. The College has a substantial international research presence and is a major source of national policy advice. Our academic staff are internationally recognised for their research, and 57 are members of the Australian Academy of the Humanities, the Academy of the Social Sciences of Australia, or both. We also host 13 Australian Research Council Future Fellows and three ARC Laureates.
