As part of our ongoing development and expansion of biological and biomedical sciences provision within the University, we are seeking to appoint a permanent lecturer/senior lecturer in any area of biological/biomedical sciences, although experience within bioinformatics or immunology (interpreted in the broadest sense) would be advantageous.This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably motivated individual to contribute to research and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will be responsible for teaching lectures, tutorials and laboratory classes and will undertake academic duties including student assessment, marking and pastoral support. You will also be expected to establish your own independent research programme.
The post will be based in the School of Science on the Medway campus.
