A Year to Remember

Applications are invited for 2 x Clinical Teaching Fellows in Anatomy and Clinical Skills.  These are career development posts at post FY2 or post CT2 level to help teach the next generation of doctors. These posts major in anatomy and clinical skills teaching, with a commitment to teaching across the disciplines. You will receive training in teaching from a team of enthusiastic clinicians and educators with opportunities for innovative projects in education. Gozo is an island in the centre of the Mediterranean with fantastic diving, hiking, dining and a range of other activities – see https://www.visitgozo.com/

Alongside teaching, you will also be given the opportunity to develop your own clinical skills within Gozo General Hospital and you will receive support when applying for clinical posts in a year’s time. This post provides a productive and interesting year and be well prepared to dive back into the hurly burly of clinical medicine.

These posts are full time career development post and fixed term for one year. Starting salary will be in the range (depending on experience) of €35,358 – €40,544 per annum with 30 days annual leave. Relocation assistance is available.

These posts are employed by QMUL Malta Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Queen Mary University of London and the post will be based in Gozo, Malta. Further information can be found at www.smd.qmul.ac.uk .
