Assistant Lecturer/Tutor in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 497296) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in public health, counselling, psychology, social work or mental health. They should have substantial counselling, supervisory and/or administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven leadership attributes. 

The appointee will provide career development, guidance and counselling for students. He/She will liaise with academic and administrative teams with schools and external organizations to provide of student engagement and experiential learning opportunities, build up community networks, mobilize available resources to develop and oversee initiatives for student development. In addition, he/she will support both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and learning matters in the School, and undertake other teaching-related duties.
