About the position

The Articulations and Partnerships Officer is the central point of contact for all processes associated with articulations and partnerships with both domestic and international institutions. This position assists the Bond recruitment teams and Faculties to support and grow effective partnerships in line with strategy, resulting in an increase in quality students enrolled at Bond.

In consultation with Faculty and student recruitment, the incumbent will research and prepare due diligence on potential new partners in Australia and overseas, work with stakeholders to set up or renew credit arrangements, draft and facilitate institutional agreements, and assist with partner visits and events as required. The incumbent will also liaise with University admissions, marketing and Faculties to optimize and measure partner recruitment performance.

This position reports to the Director, International with strong working relationships with the Director, Domestic Recruitment, Associate Director International and Faculty Business Directors.

About the person:

The ideal applicant will be degree qualified and have experience developing partnerships and / or involvement with assessing credit pathways, ideally in a higher education setting. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, along with high level writing skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take initiative in researching prospective partners, and will have experience preparing agreements or contracts at an institutional level. Experience negotiating international agreements is highly desirable.

The commencing salary for the position is $66 132 plus 9.5% superannuation pa, however total salary package will be reviewed with previous experience in mind.
