Applications are invited for the post of Admissions and Applicant Services Advisor in the Admissions Office.

The post-holder will work as part of the central Admissions and Applicant Services team to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the University’s professional admissions operation, principally by taking responsibility for the decision making and processing of applications. In addition, the team provides support and guidance to applicants and potential applicants throughout the applicant lifecycle, responding in a timely manner to admissions related enquiries, mainly via email and telephone.

Educated to degree level or with substantial work experience, candidates will have worked in a customer-focused administrative role within a higher education setting. Making criteria-based decisions is a large part of the job and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential. The post-holder will be required to deal professionally with complex queries from a wide range of enquirers and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team is required. Candidates require good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a wide range of people in a professional and confident manner. A good understanding of UK qualifications is desirable.

This is for 1 full-time permanent role however we happy to consider part-time job-share and it will be available to start 2nd September. The post is based at Huntersdale in Egham, Surrey which is accessible from our main campus close to Windsor Great Park via a free bus service.
