Uniciti Education Hub brings together a select group of world-class and internationally recognised institutions across different fields of study to form a dynamic, integrated campus on the stunning West Coast of Mauritius, stretching over 35 hectares. Launched in 2012 by the Medine Group, leveraging their 100+ year history supporting economic development in Mauritius, Uniciti now serves nearly 3,000 students from 24 nationalities, contributing significantly to the regional and wider knowledge economy, as well as delivering impact for the individual students it supports. By 2025, it is expected to welcome no less than 5,000 students. 

Uniciti now seek their inaugural Chief Operations Officer (Education) to lead and support the continued growth of the Hub and oversee the overall administration of operations. With strong business development skills and commercial acumen, the postholder will have exemplar stakeholder engagement and networking skills. They will demonstrate the requisite ambition to capitalise on the platform already created, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset as well as an astute understanding of potential markets and the ability to analyse and forecast opportunity accordingly. Candidates will be able to evidence a positive track record with regards to student recruitment and building and managing partnerships. They will be effective communicators with excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of self-motivation and a can-do approach.
