Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in the Department of Electronic Engineering; a new department that is focussed on a project-lead, creative approach to teaching engineering alongside high-quality research.
The post holder will contribute to the writing of modules and their high-quality delivery and pastoral care. S/he contributing to the setting up of undergraduate years 3-4, teaching and laboratory work in addition to high-quality research in the area of photonics and high frequency engineering.
The successful candidate will have a completed a PhD in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent relevant field and have research outputs and funding that demonstrate a growing and developing research profile. S/he will offer evidence of high-quality teaching in higher education, effective team working, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous personal development.
This is a full time permanent lecturer post, available from 1 January 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park close to Central London and Heathrow Airport.
