UCB are seeking an individual who can contribute to the teaching of Higher Education courses in Aviation Management.
The successful candidate will possess relevant industry/work-based experience within Aviation, and preferably more broadly within the field of Tourism in order to contribute across modules. This is crucial, as UCB strive to equip students with economically valuable skills that allow them to compete with advantage within the jobs market.
In addition to being able to inspire students of all levels, it is important to have an enthusiastic approach and recognise the importance of pastoral support in developing and nurturing students from a wide range of backgrounds.
The post-holder will be supported to undertake professional development to enhance teaching and learning, including the achievement of a recognised teaching qualification, if not already held.
Appointment to either the AC2 or AC3 lecturing grade will depend on skills and experience as evidenced through the selection process.
