SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, edX-Business Sales Team, to join the edX for Business sales team and help seamlessly build relationships in Fortune 2000 companies that are looking for quality alternatives to educating their workforce. Will support a staff of twenty-plus sales employees.  Responsibilities include acting as the key point of contact to the edX finance team, managing invoicing and collection statuses; ensuring internal customer service satisfaction through quality service, efficient product delivery and visibility, and the enhancement of new and existing business opportunities; making or approving decisions for improving the existing sales process, including working with key stakeholders; ensuring that approved operating policies and procedures are implemented and maintained; creating reports in conjunction with marketing through HubSpot and Salesforce; streamlining Salesforce data entry; and performing other duties as assigned.

This position is ideal for someone looking for an operations focused, non-commissioned position that is a little different than the others.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a B.S. degree; two years of coordinator or operations experience; strong organizational, process improvement, and written and verbal communication skills; and experience with G Suite.  Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot would be a plus, as would experience with content sales.  Job #17736-N
