As part of our ambitious strategy for growth the university has opened a campus in the heart of London at the Glasshouse in Islington.

An experienced, highly skilled, self-motivated individual is required to provide high quality technical and customer service support to students and staff based at the London campus. 

You will have a breadth and depth of experience in IT and media support in a dynamic and diverse environment.  

You will provide excellent customer service support in the provision of technical services relevant to the IT and media needs of the campus and also provide support to staff and students to ensure the delivery of an excellent teaching and learning experience and will provide technical support for the delivery of efficient and effective academic administration.  

With a customer services mindset, you will have a significant role in the provision of technical support to ensure the efficient delivery of London campus operations.
