Job Purpose:

The School of Business and Technology requires someone who is self-motivated, pro-active and keen to join a growing team with a can do attitude. We require someone to be in the office on a daily basis and candidates must have a proven track record in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, an ability to prioritise, good IT skills and very strong attention to detail. The post holder will be responsible for the programme administration activity related to the delivery of one of the following key areas in the corporate programme space:

  • Professional Apprenticeships
  • Degree Apprenticeships
  • Graduate Programmes

The successful candidate will be joining the corporate delivery team at the School of Business and Technology reporting into the Programme Operations Manager. The post holder will make sure learners and colleagues receive accurate, reliable and timely support as you champion customer service and assist with data processing and learner/client/service queries.

Full Description:

  • Develop and maintain cross-programme awareness and knowledge
  • Acting as a point of contact for learners in-person, via email and telephone
  • Responsible for learner bookings with appropriate institutes for registrations, materials and assessment
  • Working collaboratively with client services and on boarding teams as appropriate
  • Coordinating monitoring and tracking of progression of all key programme elements
  • Ensure all attendance is appropriately up to date on all systems
  • OneFile set up and management for learners
  • Ensure all VLE groups are accurate and completed before cohorts start
  • Regular communication with Skills Development Coaches
  • Effective student communication via the VLE and other appropriate tools
  • Provide academic and safeguarding support to students
  • Ensure that accurate student records are maintained
  • Contribute to the development of appropriate programme systems and processes
  • Assist in the running of programme events
  • Assist in handling data related to a programme portfolio.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings when required.
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Other activities as and when required by the school
