CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, Facilities-Customer Service Center, to provide administrative support and coordination to the Customer Service Center. Will provide day-to-day operational services and ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of the work tracking system and for providing a high level of support and satisfaction for customers.  Primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and requests; maintaining computerized data reporting systems; monitoring, coordinating, and reporting multidivisional work; providing work status reports to internal and external customers; dispatching personnel; and assisting with administering customer surveys, distributing keys, and performing other administrative duties as requested. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years’ experience in a customer service or facilities operations environment; ability to interact productively with others, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, demonstrate a sense of urgency, multi-task and prioritize work in order to meet changing deadlines; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; diplomacy; initiative; willingness to understand the division’s goals in order to successfully complete tasks in an organized and methodical manner; creative problem solving skills; and proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs and willingness and ability to learn other programs.  Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
