Attraction and conversion of students within Higher Education is an increasingly competitive and challenging environment. CU Recruitment and Admissions Ltd (CURA) launched in April 2019 transforms the traditional approach to student recruitment.
A new regionally-based network of student recruiters, widening participation specialists are supported by teams of conversion professionals, admissions specialists and CRM and events team. All leading the implementation of a new approach to student engagement and a customer centric culture and workforce, robust sales processes, and an agile strategy driven by data.
We are currently recruiting to a number of posts and are looking for a highly motivated professional to join us as we take forward a new approach to the recruitment of UK students developing new approaches to meet the challenges a head
Developing existing markets and building new markets to recruit full-time and part-time UK students.
Work with external lead development agencies to gain access to UK student recruitment pipelines that offer effective and productive student recruitment opportunities.
Achieve stretched student recruitment targets.
Establish strategies and plans that moves the Coventry University Group as a dominant local and national recruiter.
- Proven successful track record in sales/recruitment developing medium and long term recruitment pipelines
- Experience of working in in a complex organisation selling high value recruitment services to both individuals and organisations
- Experience of developing and leading sales teams with proven results.
- Experience and/or development of core management competencies and change management
- Demonstrable experience of effective team leadership with a target based approach to personal and team achievements
