We are looking to recruit a Registry Administrator within our Student Records team. This team is responsible for the enrollment of students on programmes and modules, and for ensuring that students progress through their undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of study in accordance with the regulations.

The team support Registry through delivery of student records processes in the administration of the student lifecycle through the shared student information system, including but not limited to facilitating the suspension, transfer and withdrawals processes in partnership with Schools.  We also help to organise the graduation ceremonies and the production of certificates and transcripts.

Reporting to the Student Records Manager, you will contribute to the provision of an efficient, student and staff-centered service, as well as working flexibly to support the remit of the wider team.
